Jerry GONZALEZ is a jazz trumpeter and percussionist born in New York City. He started playing congas with Dizzy GILLESPIE in 1970.

Jerry and his brother Andy are the founders of the CONJUNTO ANABACOA and of the GRUPO FOLKLORIKO Y EXPERIMENTAL NUEVAYORQUINO. They recorded two albums:
